Guest comments	convenient to bus station and Promenade Anglais. Pleasant staff. Small room but great price. Have now stayed twice and would stay again in the future.

Guest comments	Small and cozy as long as you don't stay too much :) It has a good location though. From here you can easily reach the center of Nice and some very nice places to see

Guest comments	I have always found the Acanthe hotel to be just what I need from my stays in Nice. Good Value, Good Location, Clean, Warm and Efficient Staff. The rooms and en-suite are small, but this is a bargain hotel in a fabulous location. I will be returning to Nice and I will return the the Acanthe when I do so.
